The Lapel Town Council met in special session, this date, at the Town Hall, at 6:30pm with the following members present Gary Shuck, President; Tim Munro, Vice President, Debra Wainscott, Clay Parkison, and Carl Tony Pearson, Members; Tom Tudor, Clerk/Treasurer; and Bill Byer, Attorney. Daniel Paull, public, was present.

The terms and conditions were adopted at the November 3, 2011 Town Council Meeting. The Loan Resolution (position 5) is now before the Council. Wainscott moved, seconded by Parkison, motion unanimously passed to approve Resolution #18. A resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Lapel authorizing and providing for the incurrence of indebtedness for the purpose of prividing a potion of the cost of acquiring, constructing, enlarging, improving, and/or extending its waterworks facility to server area lawfully within its jursidiction ...

Parkison moved, seconded by Munro, motion passed unanimously to approve the minutes from 10/20/11, 10/25/11, 11/3/11, 11/16/11 meetings.
